The Challenge

ACE Logistics needed to modernize their entire operations stack. Their existing workflow relied on disconnected spreadsheets, phone calls, and manual coordination between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers. Orders were lost, deliveries were delayed, and the business lacked visibility into its own operations.

The company needed a unified platform that could handle everything from customer relationship management through to last-mile delivery confirmation, all while being accessible to field staff on mobile devices with intermittent connectivity.

What We Built

We designed and delivered six interconnected systems that together form a complete logistics platform:

  • CRM Module — A customer management system that tracks accounts, contracts, pricing tiers, and communication history. Built with TypeScript and Node.js, it provides a single source of truth for all customer data.

  • Order Management System — A real-time order tracking pipeline from placement through fulfillment. The system handles order validation, inventory checks, and automatic routing to the nearest warehouse.

  • Delivery Management App — A React Native mobile application for drivers, featuring route optimization, proof-of-delivery capture (photo and signature), and offline-first architecture for areas with poor connectivity.

  • Pickup Scheduling Service — An automated scheduling system that coordinates pickup windows with customers, warehouse availability, and driver capacity. Reduces scheduling conflicts by matching demand with available resources.

  • Warehouse Integration API — REST APIs connecting the platform to existing warehouse management systems, enabling real-time inventory visibility and automated stock replenishment alerts.

  • Reporting Dashboard — An analytics layer providing operational metrics, delivery performance KPIs, and customer satisfaction tracking for management decision-making.

The Outcome

The platform replaced six separate manual processes with one integrated system. Key results after the first year of operation:
